Hauling: Ebay, Blog Sales and a bit of Boots!

Over the past few weeks I've been spending a little bit of money. Not too much that would break the bank, but I've definitely picked up some lovely bargain items, and to be honest I've not actually spent 'real' money. All the online purchases were paid through PayPal (the accumulated funds coming from Ebay sales) and the rest were bought with my Boots Advantage Card Points. Win, win!
Blog, Ebay, Boots Haul
I know that you can see some books, but don't worry I've not broken my 30 Book Challenge already, these were the few I mentioned here that were on their way (they just took forever!)
Ever More Books
I love teen-fiction as you've probably noticed by a few of my book reviews, here and here, so to find these for the bargain price of £5 including P+P was just great. I can't wait to get started with these but I have got a few I want to read first. I'm sure you'll see my opinion of them in a upcoming book review soon.
Collection 2000 Felt Tip Eyeliner, Peach Melba Barry M, UD 24/7
Next up is the make-up! Now I used to be obsessed with make-up, always desperate to try out 'that new product', but over time I got over it and only really buy the necessary items. And these are obviously necessary! haha.
I've been after a good black liquid eyeliner for years and have heard such great things about the Collection 2000 Extreme felt tip liner, so I had to pick it up. I tried 17's version a while back now and though I loved the application I found it transferred so easily and left me with a rather lovely dark patch in my crease... not a good look. I've already swatched this and so far so good. Cannot wait to try this out tomorrow.
I spotted Barry M's Peach Melba in Boots the other day and just had to pick it up. Since then I've noticed that the whole blogging community has had the same idea. I love the colours and it's just perfect for those summer months we should be getting. Also it seems perfect for my super pale skin.
Finally I picked up this Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner from a blog sale and I love it. It love the colour and I love the fact that it lasted all day. Plus it was only £1.50! Bargain.
TopShop Owl T-Shirt and No7 gel eyeliner
I love this t-shirt! As soon as I saw it in Jessica's blog I knew I had to have it. It took a while to get here but as a very kind and very unexpected gesture she popped in a No7 gel eyeliner in turquoise. I was so shocked. She didn't have to do that, but secretly I am so glad that she did. Go check out her blog because she is amazing, and so, so pretty!
No7 Gel Eyeliner in Turquoise
I cannot wait to give this beauty a try. So far I've only swatched it and I love the colour, but I want to see how this beast works.
Topshop Owl Boyfriend T-shirt
Just look at that top! I know you want it too!
Polkadot Skirt
Next up were my Ebay clothing buys. The polkadot skirt above is just so cute. I think I won this for £2 including P+P which is amazing. And below is a Primark dress from ebay that I got for less than £5. I know that you can get these type of dresses new for £5 but sadly I'm not a size 6, which are the only sizes they ever have in stock. Expect to see these in an outfit of the day, more than likely teamed up with leggings.

Hope you enjoyed my little haul.

Picking up some bargains

As much as a shock as it was to me, the sun is shining in England today. In fact it's actually quite warm. I think summer is officially on it's way. It won't be long until we can go out, lay on the grass, and find pictures in the clouds. Unfortunately from my picture the only images I can see are clouds.

The other day my Mum and I went bra shopping.
I've been on the hunt for my wedding bra recently, as I needed to find it before my first dress fitting.
We searched almost every high street shop for a pretty strapless bra with matching underwear, until finally we found one in Debenhams.
My problem was that the only matching knickers I could find were sweaty bum pants, and a sweaty bum is the last thing I want on my wedding day.
Too much information? Maybe.
Important? Yes.
In the end we didn't get matching pants, but almost matching.
They will either be almost the same colour as my bra, or my something blue.
I would show a picture of my bra (mainly as I'm so excited that it came with a hanger!) but it's so similar to my dress that I can't.

Anyway, obviously we couldn't take a trip to town without visiting Primark.

Here's what I picked up:

Four pairs of shoes. In fact I bought 5, but two pairs were the same. And don't worry it's not bad luck that theses are all on the table, they have all been worn.
The green pair were only £2! So I bought two pairs.
The rest were all £3. You really can't go wrong at that price, and I wear these all the time, come rain or shine.

I then picked up this pretty top. Now I'm not really one for the really girly items, but I just couldn't resist.
I bought in in a size 16. I'm only a size 12, but I wanted a really baggy fit.
I love it and especially at only £4.

I love the lace. Never thought I'd say that.
(say's the girl who's picked up the habit or highlighting things in her blog in pink)

Finally I picked up two packs of their face wipes. I'd never tried these before, but they're not that bad. They're £1 for a double pack with 25 wipes in each.
A bargain really.
Not the best wipes ever, but worth the £1 price tag.

And the socks.
I love these. I've been after a pair of over the knee socks for a while now. Now, I have rather large thighs, and these fit. Perfect.
I've wanted them for pole dancing. They are long enough so that I can spin with ease, but short enough so my thighs can stick to the pole.
At £2 a pare I'm smitten.
I think I'll go back to pick up the black pair.

We then headed to Matalan, and I picked up these shoes:

I love, love, love them.
I wanted these about 2 weeks ago, but changed my mind at the last minute, then regretted it.
They were only £9 at the time, reduced from £18, so I was kicked myself really. Don't mind the pun.
I couldn't believe my luck when I walked over to the shoe section and noticed they had one pair left in my size.
They was no way I was going to leave these bad boys a second time!
Especially when I looked at the tagged at noticed they had been reduced... again! To £4.50.
I'm still yet to wear them for more than an hour, but I can't wait to wear them longer.

Hope you enjoyed my shopping spree.
